Commission Terms of Service!

  1. All transactions are made through PayPal. When commission has been accepted I will send you a Paypal Invoice with a brief description and will need payment before I will begin working on a commission.

  2. Thumbnails will only be provided for the painting tier unless they are necessary just to speed up between correspondence and the creative process!

  3. You can use the piece you purchased however you would like; if you repost it to other media-sharing platforms, I would appreciate it if you could include my name/links if you can’t directly share it from me! Art made for commercial use should be stated as such beforehand so we may work out a merchandising agreement/release of rights!

  4. I have the right to drop or refuse your commission before or during drawing if the drawing violates TOS or if it becomes impossible for me to complete (if you have already paid you will be promptly refunded and given as much as I can complete!)

  5. I WILL NOT draw the following: NSFW art of minors/celebrities, gore, and art that promotes hate speech.
